Contemporary we are living in a time where the concept of crowdsourcing is getting more significance then ever before.
Its used most obviously by companies trying to hire employers for there speficic challenges where even their own and most skilled employer might be considered as uncapable of solving specific challenges.
These challenges might appear in the smallest components of (Politics,business,chemistry,biology,engineering,medicine) and several other subjects which are regarded as important in our society if we intend to evolve forward.
There is a big variety in crowdsourcing and one major method is onlinegaming.
This offers gamers the occasion to prove themselves in different tasks in games and one of them was offered by the defense ministry in the U.S called Darpa which was founded after the sputnik shock in the sixties with the goal to never fall behind the russians in the matter of technology again.Apart from that i want to mention the most remarkable invention of Darpa called the Arpanet(nowadays”WWW)
used for military issues in communication with secret codes which cant be deciphered by the russians.20 years later it found its social use in the hands of an average inhabitant of the country.In the year 2008 Darpa started to use social media to  harness new talent.”What if a 13 year old girl can contribute its part in healing lung cancer?

For instance Darpa started to run a computer online game called fold.it in which competitors try to fold proteins..thats one of the most difficult bicochemistry impediments to curing diseases.

Since 2008 the game gathered over 240 000 members trying to solve difficult challenges in curing diseases and contribute their part in it.Sometimes these ideas of the gamers are used in tests by scientist ,and even sometimes they have success and advance in their researches.
This is just one possibility to use the crowd for your advantage.In the meantime these techniques arent just used in technological researches but the concept could adapt in different areas in the society.Like its said the most easy way to observe somebodys character with its strong and weak  properties is to play with him.You will see when he will be greedy,angry,cheerful,underestimating ,when his ego takes place in his character and so on.For instance in business and economy.
